Working in Ars Futura challenges my skills as a designer with the least amount of pressure and a whole lot of encouragement. I have the opportunity to grow and learn from every project. Ars Futura’s clients are mostly in the esports space so, on every project, we’re creating something for millions and millions of fans. This can make the work quite complex and really challenging. Luckily, I’m not afraid of challenges because the people I’m surrounded by are real professionals, always ready to help. Plus, I’m a gamer myself so I enjoy my work on more than one level.

It’s a huge pleasure knowing that the work I do has a real impact and reflects on the experience of esports fans. Especially since I’m surrounded by a team of professionals who value feedback and growth. Just keeping up with the quality of work of my teammates makes my work stimulating and makes (almost) every day interesting.
