📝 Creating and implementing processes

As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll be planning, setting up project processes, and making timely release plans, given the constraints of the project. Like Neil Armstrong, you’ll be taking one small step for you, but one giant leap for our projects.

This means you’ll be examining the current project flow, exploring possible updates, making sure the team tasks, as well as your ideas and suggestions, are realized, and analyzing the results.

🙌 Taking responsibility for a project

Once the project is in your hands, it’s your responsibility to see what the client’s wishes are and what we can deliver. You have the roadmap of the project, and you’re the one guiding the team, deciding what features are a priority and where our focus should lie. So, we’re looking for a strategic approach – someone who understands and can execute the project well while communicating the progress to the client.

We’re also counting on you to help our QA team sweep through the app, test it, and make sure that both the design and the development match up with the original idea.

🏃🏻 Running Scrum Sprints

It would be great if you had a good understanding of IT technologies and were familiar with agile frameworks such as Scrum. That way, we can rely on you to oversee our sprints. An added bonus is good knowledge and understanding of project management tools like Jira!

🤝 Collaborating with others

You’re not in this alone! We have a team of Product Managers who’ll be able to help and mentor you. They’ll have the answer to any question you might have about the project or your tasks.

You’ll also be working closely with our management team, designers, developers, and, finally, our clients. That is why we hope you have great communication skills, can adjust to changes in project scope and make good decisions on the fly, as well as have a good grasp of spoken and written English.
