🚀 Driving the Product Journey
As our Product Manager, you’re not just watching the process - you'll be driving it. You’ll be responsible for taking complex client requirements and turning them into a clear, strategic vision. We’re looking for someone who can analyze the "big picture" while ensuring no detail falls through the cracks.
This means evaluating current workflows, implementing high-level improvements, and ensuring that every project we ship meets our standards of excellence and efficiency.
🙌 Total Project Ownership
Once a project is in your hands, you are the key driver. You’ll be the essential bridge between the client’s goals and our team’s execution. Your responsibilities include:
Defining the Roadmap: Actively deciding on feature priority and strategic focus to ensure we deliver maximum value.
Managing Expectations: Balancing client wishes with technical feasibility and keeping all stakeholders aligned.
Quality Guardianship: Working closely with our QA team to ensure the final product perfectly aligns with the original design and functional specs.
🏃 Expertise in Agile & Scrum
We expect you to be a pro when it comes to agile frameworks. You’ll be overseeing sprints, managing backlogs, and ensuring the development rhythm is steady, predictable, and efficient.
3+ years of experience in a similar role is what we’re looking for to ensure you hit the ground running.
Tech-fluency: You should have a strong understanding of IT technologies and be a power user of tools like Jira.
