As we cheerfully dance into 2023, itās time to reflect on 2022 in Ars Futura, and look back at all the amazing things we accomplished. Weāve been busy and productive, our calendars were full of exciting projects and cool new experiences, and we had a lot of fun along the way.
We worked
Weāre very proud of all the successful work and efforts of our team in the last year. From continuing our long-term collaborations with Accurate, Belong, Elemental Machines, Association for the Prevention of Torture, Wise Systems, and World Series of Warzone, becoming Activision Blizzard Esportās primary partner for digital solutions, to working with some new incredible clients (but more about those some other time). It always feels great seeing products come to life, especially when it makes our clients happy!
Alright, now a bit about the products of our own. š«¶
Firstly, Pincone, our bookmarking tool for teams, got quite a few new neat features over the past 365 days, and more are in the works! We even launched on Product Hunt!
Also, we introduced Along, the all-in-one HR tool that will be launching soon! Along will have it all, so youāll never have to juggle between multiple subscriptions again. (Psst, a little birdy told us the waitlist for beta access is still open, so hurry up before itās locked up.)
We even had our very first hackathon, or as we named it: Hack-a-ton. The rules were simple: five teams had 12 hours to design and develop some new cool ideas. Weāre ready for round two in 2023!
We grew
The past year was exceptional in terms of growth. In fact, our team almost doubled in size! Even though it could be challenging to maintain the same culture and sense of belonging as a company grows, weāre proud to say weāve done just that - and more. šŖ“
Weāve introduced some new initiatives, such as weekly and monthly check-ins, public kudos called high-fives, 360 reviews, and a couple of new benefits that we believe will greatly help our team thrive in their lives - personally and professionally. Just to mention a few, being a parent is a demanding role, so weāve added a few extra days off for our employees with children, as well as a few extra days for all our employees. For us, mental health is just as important as physical health, and we want to ensure our team has support for their mental well-being. Thatās why we partnered with three established psychotherapists, and our team has access to sessions completely covered by us. Among those and other new benefits, from 2022 weāre also covering supplemental health insurance and extra pension savings!
The happiness of our team has always been one of our most important missions, and weād say winning the Best Employer award for the third time in a row proves it!

We achieved
There are a few major accomplishments weāre very proud of, so itās okay for us to brag a bit, right?
First off, getting second place in the MojPosao Best Employer award with an amazing score of 3.89 out of 4. This award feels special, as itās voted anonymously by our team. And even though we haven't taken the top spot, we're still pretty proud of this big success!
In 2022, The Financial Times 1000 listed us as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe, and Lider Media included us in their Top 100 Up-and-coming list. Weāve also been listed as #2 on the Top B2B Companies in Croatia by Clutch.
But wait, thereās more! Weāve officially become a part of AWS (Amazon Web Services), partnered with Contentstack, as well as obtained the ISO certification, which means weāre experts at what we do. Go us!
Basically, weāre taking over the world, one step at a time. š

We connected
Weāve buzzed around quite a bit in 2022. Our team had the opportunity to attend a variety of tech conferences, as well as hold a couple of lectures and workshops.
Just to name a few, our team attended Web Summit, one of the biggest technology conferences in the world. Weāve also gone to conferences focused on specific areas, like React Summit for React, DO iOS for mobile development, and our QA team attended Testival and TestCon. In addition to these, weāve been to Infobip Shift, Leap and Job Fair, all of which were great opportunities to learn more about new trends and technologies.
We had a chance to share our own knowledge and expertise through lectures and workshops at Leap Summit, Job Fair, and FOI. Overall, weāre happy to have had the chance to learn, as well as share some of our own know-how with others. š¤

We had fun
Of course itās not all work, we had a blast outside of the office too! Along with our annual team building which was a hit (as always), there were plenty of other fun outings. From petting alpacas, ceramics workshop, fancy dinners and wine tasting, to go-kart racing, we made sure to mix things (and a couple of cocktails) up!
No dull moments, thatās for sure.
